AI Leadership Programme
A three-month programme in which the leadership team uses AI on the tasks you deal with yourselves. Individual help and group sessions across departments give you first-hand experience and help you decide where employees should use AI.
What changes after three months
This is the aim of the programme. The conversation is an illustrative example.
A demonstration is a start. Then leaders need to try it themselves.
At a Danish manufacturing company, I ran an AI session for the leadership team and then spoke with leaders from several departments about their own tasks. It gave me a clear picture of where the questions and opportunities lie.
I bring that experience into this programme. Each leader gets time to work on a task from their own day, both one to one with me and with the other leaders.
My co-owner Ronni and I spent a working day building a Claude Code Skill for customer follow-up. He put it to use and built a variant himself the following week. This example is from our own company.

Four hours at your site to get started, then online. After three months, you decide whether to continue.
30 minutes with each leader
What takes up time in your department? That is where the tasks come from.
Four hours with the leadership team
Your AI tool set up for the tasks you have chosen. Each leader tries it on their own material.
45 minutes one to one with me
On your screen, working through the task you want to move forward.
One hour with the leadership team
What you are stuck on and what the others have learned.
You can write to me between meetings. I reply by the next working day.
One task per leader, written down from the start.
What should it give you: less manual work, better quality, or something you want to be able to do yourselves? And what needs to be different after three months for you to continue? We write that down.
