AI advisory for specific tasks
I provide AI advisory to Danish companies that have an idea they want assessed or a task they need help with. We work out what is possible, and I can also help build the solution.
A typical task
It starts with something you already do
Most tasks start with something you already do by hand. Quotes that need writing, emails that need sorting, or figures that have to be pulled from several systems for a meeting. Or an idea someone in the leadership team has read about, which you want assessed before you spend money on it.
We look at how much of the work AI can take on, where it gets things wrong, and who needs to check the result. Sometimes the answer is that it is not worth it. That is an answer you can use too.

Get help building
I help with a defined piece of work, such as connecting AI to a system you already use. We agree what it needs to do and test it on your actual work.
Have someone to turn to
You can work with me as questions come up. That might mean choosing a tool, reviewing a supplier proposal or getting a stalled project moving again.

The price depends on the task. After the first conversation we agree what I will do and what it costs, before I start. It can be a single task or ongoing advice as new questions come up.

Questions about AI advisory
We already use ChatGPT or Copilot. What can you help with?
We take a task you already use AI for and look at what is missing: better input, checking the answers or access to your systems. Then we decide what is worth working on next.
How do we get employees involved?
We start with a task employees want help with. They test the solution in their own work and help judge whether it makes the task easier and produces useful results.
What about our data?
Before using your data, we agree on tools, access and what can be shared with whoever is responsible for your IT. I give you my recommendation, and you approve the choices.
What does AI advisory cost?
It depends on the task. After the first conversation we agree the task and the price before I start. That way you know what you are paying for and what you will have afterwards.
How is it different from a course?
A course teaches you about AI in general. Here we work on your own task, with your own data and systems, and you end up with an assessment or a solution. If the leadership team wants to learn to use AI in its own work, the AI Leadership Programme is a better place to start.
Can you come to us?
Yes. I live in Spain and am regularly in Denmark. We meet both online and at your offices, and we agree the in-person meetings as part of the task.
