AI Partner · I help companies make AI actually work

Senior AI leadership without a full-time hire.

Bring me in as your AI Partner one day a week for six months. I sit with your leadership and build alongside you.

Tell me where you stand

How we work together

From someone who builds

01

Leadership first

An organisation goes no further than its leadership. We start at the top.

02

Understand before building

For the first weeks I listen. Where do you already use AI, where do you fall short, what is really on the agenda. Then we build.

03

Build with you, not for you

Your people sit next to me while we build. When I leave, they can do it themselves.

04

Champions take over

After six months you know whether to hire internally, extend, or stand on your own. The goal is to make you less dependent on me.

Sound familiar?

  • You've rolled out AI tools, but your people get more out of ChatGPT in their spare time than Copilot at work
  • The board asks about the AI strategy, but you don't yet have a plan you can defend
  • You use Copilot at work, but when you try Claude or ChatGPT privately it works far better, and you feel months behind
  • Leadership has plenty of ideas, but no one owns the direction, so nothing makes it into production
  • You know AI can move the business, but you don't yet know the vendors, models or tools well enough
  • You're stuck choosing between hiring a Head of AI or using consultants per task, and neither feels right

If you nod to even one of these, I can help.

The dilemma you're in

Two mediocre options

Hire a Head of AI

It takes 6-12 months to find the right person. Fully loaded, the role costs €200,000 a year or more. And you don't yet know exactly what the role should cover, so you risk hiring on the wrong basis.

Consultants per task

No one owns the direction. Knowledge walks out the door when the contract ends. Every new task is its own negotiation, and your leadership still has no plan.

There is a third way.

AI Partner

One day a week for six months

I come in as your senior AI leader one day a week for six months. Not a consultant on the sidelines, but a fixed part of your leadership with shared responsibility for the direction. I set the strategy together with you, choose tools and vendors, and build the first prototypes myself that prove what's possible for your business. When I leave, your team knows how to run it forward.

What I do · what I don't do

What I do

  • Set the AI strategy together with your leadership
  • Choose vendors, models and tools
  • Build the first prototypes myself. I'm not on the sidelines advising
  • Train your team in how modern AI work actually functions
  • Report to leadership and the board on progress

What I don't do

  • Implement whole deliverables end-to-end. Your team or a partner drives that
  • Stay available 24/7. That's a full-time employee's job
  • Sell you tools or licenses you don't need
  • Deliver slides with nothing working behind them

Not ready for six months?

Start with a Sprint Day

One concrete challenge, one day, a result that works. A good way to see how I work before we talk about a partner agreement.

Sprint Day

You give me a concrete problem up front. I come in or join remotely, work hands-on with your team, and you go home with a small tool that takes over one concrete task in your everyday work, and the understanding of how it works. Not slides.

Who I am

Kristian Primdal

Kristian Primdal

I run Primux and currently hold an AI Partner seat inside a Danish manufacturing company. I've worked with AI since 2022, and since early 2025 daily with agentic pair programming on real client projects, where AI writes a large part of the code under my direction.

Manufacturing companies are home ground for me. I started out at Denka and Gemina Termix, worked as a service technician at Siemens Windpower, and later delivered training solutions into Vestas, Maersk Oil and Rambøll. I know the everyday reality of these companies from the inside.

I sit with my hands in the code every day. That's why I can set the direction for others — because I know the reality of what needs building, not just the theory.

Tell me where you stand

A half-hour conversation where you tell me where you stand, and I tell you what six months could look like for your company specifically. If it makes sense, we go further. If not, you've had an honest sparring session.
