I have built software for 15 years and use AI every day on real client projects. That means I can discuss where AI makes sense with your leadership team, then sit down with employees and try a solution with them.
At a Danish manufacturing company, I began by speaking with leaders and employees across departments. I gathered their specific tasks and presented recommendations to management. I have also begun AI training in the company, with sessions for the leadership team and finance department.
My co-owner Ronni and I spent a working day building a Claude Code Skill for customer follow-up. He put it to use and built a variant himself the following week. This example is from our own company.

We take a task you already use AI for and look at what is missing: better input, checking the answers or access to your systems. Then we decide what is worth working on next.
How do we get employees involved?
We start with a task employees want help with. They test the solution in their own work and help judge whether it makes the task easier and produces useful results.
What about our data?
Before using your data, we agree on tools, access and what can be shared with whoever is responsible for your IT. I give you my recommendation, and you approve the choices.
